Does the downloaded video have a watermark?

Yes. You get the same file TikTok gives when you save a video in the app, which includes the TikTok logo and the creator's username.

Can I download a video from a private account?

No. Only public videos can be downloaded — the same videos anyone can watch without logging in.

Where does the video go on my iPhone?

Safari saves it to the Files app in Downloads. To move it to Photos, open the file, tap Share and choose Save Video.

Why does it say the link has expired?

TikTok video links only work for a limited time. Search for the video again to get a fresh download.

Am I allowed to download TikTok videos?

Download only for personal use, and respect the creator's rights and TikTok's terms. Ask the creator before re-posting their work.
